Reece Environmental Consulting offers multifaceted ecological specializations for lotic freshwater systems. These include stream origin, delineation and classification; stream function assessments; riparian assessment; aquatic macroinvertebrate sampling for biomonitoring; biological assessments for stream restoration projects, both pre-restoration and post-restoration; and stream habitat assessments.

Reece Environmental Consulting is certified by the North Carolina Division of Water Resources as well as the Society for Freshwater Science. This means you can trust that our collection methods and data analysis are accurate and scientifically sound. Full biomonitoring services are provided, including: benthic macroinvertebrate sampling and sample preservation, taxonomic identification, data analysis, biotic index ratings, and the reporting of results in order to meet client needs.
